Home Updates.

Because I've been busy and neglecting Blogger. Dealing with MASC is a hassle but Brood and I have managed to find some solid grounds. He's looking for Mystery, and I being either a really good or really horrible friend (probably both by now) am preventing him from getting very far in his search.

DeMii had her child, she's two-thirds of a year old now. Wow, right? I was hoping the growth rate would stop but it hasn't. 1 day = 19.5 days. This is insanity, we're constantly keeping an eye on her and DeMii from MASC. I'll be damned if another stunt is pulled. Mr. Sunshine has been tasked to being the guard. Drake and Ecko have been quiet, mostly keeping to their room. I'm following up on Lucas when I can via blog, I hope he's alright. On top of that Trinity and Tim have been quiet as well, I think the voices are bothering her still. She's dealing with a lot at such a young age. Now that I have her here in person I've been trying to comfort more and more that way and less on the computer but maybe seeing those comments will help if I do it more? A reminder that can't be taken away (unless deleted, heh).

And then there is Doctor Proctor. We had a hard run-in with Thuggee a few days ago. I was heading outside and walked into an interesting scene, Proctor doing something to DeMii. Ok, and you're probably thinking, "Ahahaha, that's normal, Shady." Yea, no. Not this. I called to their attention and DeMii snapped out of whatever trance she was in before panicking like a scared animal and bolting. Proctor looked at me flatly and immediately I was stunned in place, I tried to move but couldn't. Proctor was not himself, just the body language alone told me that. This behavior worried me and whatever he was doing to DeMii was no doubt bad. So I decided using the brutes right about now would be a good thing, I yelled for MASC and they came charging. That stopped Proctor in his tracks from walking into the woods after her.

The soldiers took aim and I tried to move, hell a soldier tried to move me even, but it was no good. Proctor sneered at them and with a flicker of his gaze one of the soldier's exploded. Then another, and another, he popped them all just like that. I didn't need to be told who the hell this was at that moment but he pulled out the mask anyways and slipped it on once they were all dead. Thuggee, I grounded out that name and just having done so he was in front slamming my back into a tree.

"You're lucky you're still of use to me, Shady."

Is what he said while he had his hand around my neck. He left immediately afterwards, I demanded Mr. Sunshine guard Lullaby while I scouted the woods. I couldn't find DeMii. These woods are so dense, it's ridiculous. She came back very shotrly after I came back to the mansion. She was shaken up a bit but alright, whatever Thuggee was trying to do didn't work. I'm thankful for that.

Dia is also making a comeback, I'm glad to for that. Victor has done some things I'd rather not mention, that any of you can see for yourselves. I'll just leave that there. Executor has been mostly quiet, it troubles me but I'm limited to what I can do. Right now, unless he confronts me, he's Mystery's territory. Prosper since then has been very quiet as well, that is damn frightening. I don't know why Road Runner is so quiet either. She was quiet to begin with but this... She always posts something after fucking with us. Josie is being hounded still, we've been emailing one another to try and avoid alerting enemies but yea, no. Shit found her anyways, sorry deary. Advocate seems to be PMSing as of now, shit timing for Halloween, eh? Rather alert and concerned by this and what it could mean.

Also, Lenore. I'll post what I have on her shortly.
For now I'm going to organize our next target location and try and fix things up around here more. Now that I know Thuggee is Lullaby's father I will damn well do my part to make sure not only she and DeMii are safe but the other residents if he comes knocking.

All new people: Damn, sorry I wasn't around to say hello to you all. Well, hi, an awkward greeting from a socially inept young woman.

And yes, I've seen what Ferus has posted. No need to email me anymore, folks. I am aware that now his shadow has been cast over me. That's fine, I'll just have to watch my ass. I'd send MASC out for groceries and supplies but last time I did that they came back with the wrong shit, and I, having spent time with Mystery, have picked up her picky habits with that stuff. I can't take Mr. Sunshine out as backup and MASC soldiers... They piss me off too much to deal with if I can avoid it. So, Ferus is no doubt coming to find me one way or another. It's his fault for allowing me to have a warning, I'm prepared (and have things prepared for here if he even manages to succeed) and waiting now.
Bring it, deary.

So that sums up everything as of now. Sigh.

Stay safe,
-Shady

  1. Pfft, warnings are for the sentimental. Declarations, on the other hand...

    Be seeing you, Shady.

  2. Ferus? Who is this wannabe threat? Did I miss something, doll?

  3. Funny that you haven't hear of me, you appear to be subscribed to my blog! Hmm... and for quite some time too!

    You, milady, are unsuccessful.

  4. No, doll, that makes you boring and uninteresting to pursue. You fail at whatever insult you were trying to drive home.

For a less bitchy response, try my being gone for months and only giving a damn about the people I have a personal interest in. As in, not you.

  5. Doctor P is Thuggee? I don't get it. I killed a lot of his family, he never... That doesn't seem right. How can he be Thuggee? I... I've been here all along. Thuggee and Doctor can't be the same person! This...

I am going to kill someone for this.

  7. The bad guys just love ya, you know that?

It's like you're the kickass princess that has a Mario with infinite lives.

  8. Whatever you say, Ferus. Be seeing you, I wonder how well you dance.

Dia, ties with the Glass Man. And I guess there's just something about me that pisses people off, Hahaha, it's all good. But I third that Thuggee meat shield idea.
Wait, are you calling me a (kickass) princess? Woman... That made me laugh hysterically, I haven't heard a gamer reference in ages!

Advocate, I think you were right. We do need to talk, dear.

  9. Gah playing catch up is so tiring, but always worth it. Advocate it seems I should look into you next, you keep poping up as well. From what I've looked into on both blogs I'd have to put my money on the Lady of the Shade, I'm sorry Ferus, but I think she has survived much more impressive than you.

  10. Yes, I was referring to you as the kickass princess. It was a gamer reference, and a slight nod to Free's newest set of Gaming titles for the people dealing with Slendy. Oh yea, you'd look hot in a Peach costume. ;)

Thuggee meat shield idea passed and approved. On the bright side, I got around to reading through Ferus' and Ike's blogs, so I feel slightly better.

  12. Hello Cage. Please be careful when it comes to the Advocate he's much more unpredictable than people may think by his blog. Ferus is capable of doing damage to me, like anyone is if they know what they are doing. I won't doubt his skills after the Glass Man and Typer. Mingling with the Executor tells me he's enough of a professional.

If he manages to succeed it doesn't matter, I'll get back up like I did with the Executor and find my way home.

    ----

Dia, you flatter me. We should discuss what you think of their blogs privately sometime. I haven't seen these gaming titles yet, will have to check them out asap.

  13. Unpredictability is a challenge, I like being challenged. I'm not so niave as to belive that anyone is incapable of doing damage, but I will take the risk for the stake of my couriousity. Alos I stand by my perdiction, which wasn't nessecarily that you wouldn't get knocked down, just that when it came down to it you wouldn't be the one to go down for the count.

  14. Makes sense. For your sake I hope you have no personal encounters with these men. Risks come, curiosity is a worthy thing to take a risk for, the reward is knowledge and that's rarely a negative thing. If you ever need anything feel free to ask, deary.
